Fast Food Friday

Want a fat-fighting, Muscle-building, power of Protein Meal.  I was reading Womens Health Magazine and found this recipe. 

Grilled Chicken With Pesto Sauce


In a food blender or food processor puree 2 cups fresh basil, 1 garlic clove, a pinch of salt, 2 Tbsp pine nuts, 1/2 sup parmesan, and 1/2 extra virgin olive oil.


Season 1 pound of thin chicken cutlets with salt and pepper. Grill for about 4 minutes on each side.

When chicken is done paint with the pesto and serve.

This would be great with some steamed veggies.
