Need inspiration?

70th 

Last April at age 69 our Dad joined the gym for the first time ever. He bought 3 personal training sessions to get comfortable and make sure he was using proper form.  He also started taking  group classes, some senior and some regular. Now at age 70 and almost a year later he goes 5 days a week, weighs under 200 pounds for the first time in over 20 years, and has cut his diabetes medicine in half. Another benefit has been the new friendships he has made.

We are so proud of him!  He actually told us he is going get a bike before Summer time. The only problem is that our fashion forward father does not care for the way helmets/pads look..

If he can do it, we can too!
