Vegan until 6pm

The NY Times wrote an  article  about a man who lost 35 pounds in 3 to 4 months and gained a whole lot of health benefits by eating fruit,  vegtables, whole grains, and legumes until dinner time. Then at dinner he ate what ever he wanted. 

Would you do this? Is this a fad diet?

Leslie – I think this is an easy one for Heather.  She was a vegetarian up until a month ago.  Me on the other hand, loves meat.  A meal is not a meal unles I have some sort of , chicken, fish, or beef.  Hey, isn’t fish still healthy?

Heather Paige –  I love the idea of eating as healthy as possible for 2 meals and that he didn’t give anything up..just ate it dinner. I like the idea of making sure that 2 out of my 3 meals are super healthy. I don’t really eat much meat now..
