Me in my New Joe’s Jeans

So this weekend was not my healthiest. I went out on Sat and drank entirely way to much, then at 2:30am I had two slices of pizza. Then Sunday I went to the movies and had 3 buffalo wings and about 10 curley fries. It was so good, however today I feel like crap. I spent an hour and a half at the gym today, and I plan on doing at least that tomorrow. I ate really good today though. As promised, I posted a picture of me in my Joe’s Jeans. I love them so much. Let’s just hope that they don’t fit me for long. I am planning on loosing 30 more lbs by August. Wish me luck.

Eating Light

Now that it has been hotter outside and summer soon approaching, eating lighter is the key. I started making breakfast in the morning and bringing it to work. It is so quick and easy. I have been getting a big container of vanilla fat free yogurt, fresh strawberries and granola, and making my own parfait. It is so yummy and filling.

The Detox Diet

Now, when you hear the word detox-we all mostly think of alcohol and drug detox. Well now there is a Diet Detox that the term will help you with diets, herbs, and other methods of removing environmental and dietary toxins from the body for general health.
I just started detox diet plan to support detoxification by increasing elimination from the body, cleansing the colon, enhancing circulation to clear toxic substances, eliminating foods from the diet that require detoxification or are allergenic, and providing nutrients to support and protect the liver, the main organ involved in detoxification.
Well I went on Friday and I got a foot detox. It was the craziest thing. I put my feet in the water and she added kosher salt. Then she put something arround my wrist and my stomach and I sat there for a half hour. Well by the time my half hour was over the water was brown and looked thick and looked like foam on the top. All of the colors represented where my toxins were. I will be doing this process for 4 weeks. I will let you know how I feel as each week passes.

I am so Happy

I haven’t abounded this website. I have had so much going on lately. I am in the process of moving. It has been so stressful. Through it all I have stuck to working out and eating healthy. I am happy to report that I have concurred one of my goals. Are you ready for this……. I went to the Camarillo Outlets and I was checking out the new Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, and I decided to try on a pair of Joes Jeans. I thought to myself, what the heck, so I grabbed a size 32 (the biggest size it comes in) and to my surprise they fit. I was so excited, I started crying in the dressing room. This totally inspired me. Now, I can’t wait for those jeans to be baggy on me. One day this week I will post a picture of me in them.
Have you hit any of your personal goals?

Warm Weather

Now that it is warm outside, there is plenty of activities to do outside. Instead of going to the gym, why not try swimming some laps. Maybe you can go on a hike. This is the perfect weather to try some outdoor activities.
What is your favorite outside activity?

Spectrum Gym

Two of my friends belong to Spectrum Gym. For awhile now, they have been telling me how great this gym is and how it beats any other gym. Well l decided to go check it out. This place was so dope. They had so many different rooms for classes. They had their own towel service. They had a grotto, that you could soak in while your muscles are sore. They had racket ball and all of their cardio machines had there own flat screen TVs on them. I was there for over 3 hours working out and felt like I was only there for one.
If you haven’t yet, you should go check it out.

Let’s Talk about Sex!

Some of you may not always like to go to the gym. Some of you may not always want to go on a hike. I think I know what one thing we all like to do. What is that you ask, SEX. I would be willing to bet that we may not all like to do the same thing when it comes to exercise, but having sex is one thing we all like to do. Have you always wondered how many calories you burn, well I have the answers:
Calories Burned in Various Sex Positions
Man on top, woman on bottom = 20 calories
Woman on top, man on bottom (Many women find that this position affords a better view of the clock.) = 25 calories
From the rear = 40 1/2 calories
Standing Both partners of equal height = 18 calories
Standing Woman 1 foot taller than a man = 90 calories
Multiple Orgasms
For women:
2 = 14 calories
5 = 30 calories
8 = 47 calories
(Depending her rate of recovery a woman can enjoy around 8 orgasms within an hour period without losing consciousness or disarranging her hair. As the number increases she may begin to experience a form of “reduced sanity” that will temporarily interfere with her ability to make the beds and cook supper.)
For Men:
2 = 21 calories
3 = 39 calories
4 = 57 calories
(Many men can enjoy up to 4 orgasms in an hour with little discomfort except for the slight ringing in the ears. However, a man who tries to achieve more than 10 orgasms within that same period is flirting with irreversible brain damage.)
Special Orgasms
Clitoral. = 15 calories
Vaginal = 21 calories
Penile = 21 calories
Scrotile = 15 calories
Rectal = 25 calories

This or That?

If you are going out to eat today for lunch, don’t waste a whole week’s worth of eating healthy to blow it all on just one lunch. It is all about choices. If you are going to go to Chipolte, instead of getting a Steak Fajita Burrito with no cheese and no sour cream why don’t you try a Carnitas Salad with Pinto Beans, Green Tomatillo Salsa, and Cheese. It is still just as good and about half the calories and fat.
Steak Fajita Buritto Without Cheese and Sour Cream 928 calories/ 37 g fat/ 2,909 mg sodium
Carnitas Salad with Pinto Beans, Green Tomatillo Salsa, and Cheese 485 calories/ 14 g fat, 2,014 mg sodium
